液壓打樁錘
液壓打樁機(jī)是利用其高頻振動，以高加速度振動樁身，將機(jī)械產(chǎn)生的垂直振動傳給樁體，導(dǎo)致樁周圍的土體結(jié)構(gòu)因振動發(fā)生變化，強(qiáng)度降低。樁身周圍土體液化，減少樁側(cè)與土體的摩擦阻力，然后以挖機(jī)下壓力、振動沉拔錘與樁身自重將樁沉入土中。拔樁時，在一邊振動的情況下，以挖機(jī)上提力將樁拔起。打樁機(jī)械所需要的激振力要根據(jù)場地土層、土質(zhì)、含水量及樁的種類、構(gòu)造而綜合確定。
Vibrating pile hammer is using its high frequency vibration to vibrate pile body with high acceleration to pass the vertical vibration of mechanical produce to pile which leading to changes in the soil structure around the pile, strength decrease. Soil around the piles become liquefaction to reduce frictional resistance between side of the pile and the soil. Then using the excavator down force, vibrating pile hammer and pile body weight to sink pile into the soil. When extracting piles, in the condition of vibration to pull out the pile by using excavator lift force. Excitation force needed by pile driving machinery are comprehensive determined by site soil, soil condition, moisture content and type of pile, construction.

應(yīng)用范圍
液壓打樁機(jī)效率較其它高，主要適用于鋼板樁、鋼管樁及長8m以內(nèi)的細(xì)長混凝土預(yù)制樁。這種沉樁法適用于砂土中作業(yè)，在黏土中效果較差，需要選用較大功率的機(jī)型。
The efficient of vibration pile method is higher than other methods. It is mainly applied to steel sheet pile, steel pipe pile and long slender concrete precast pile within 8 meters. 操作原理:Operating principle
1.打樁機(jī)內(nèi)置兩只偏心軸，采用液壓馬達(dá)驅(qū)動，產(chǎn)生高速旋轉(zhuǎn)及垂直激振力，透過減振橡膠塊后，維持一定的振幅，能夠應(yīng)付各種類型的土質(zhì)與打樁要求。
hydraulic vibratory pile driver internally installed two eccentric shaft. It adopts hydraulic motor to drive and produce high-speed revolution and vertical vibration force. Through the damping rubber block to maintain a certain amplitude to cope with various types of soil and pile driving.
